Directly from you: name, email address, phone number, username, password (hashed), profile preferences, onboarding answers, Mic Gate submissions, notes, and information submitted via forms or support.

If you use member-to-member recommendation features, we process the member profiles involved, friend request status, the content you recommend, optional note text, timestamps, and delivery/read/archive status.

From authentication providers: when you use Google, Discord, Apple, or other SSO, we receive the information you authorize, such as email, name, profile photo/avatar, user ID, and additional profile details permitted by your settings and the provider's policy.

Automatically: IP address, device and browser information, usage data, cookies, analytics events, pixels, and similar technologies.

From third parties: authentication providers, analytics providers, public sources, and selected service providers.

We use personal information to provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services, including account management, content delivery, alerts, and community features.

We store authenticated listening progress to power member dashboard stats, completion status, and saved playback state. This account feature is separate from optional aggregate analytics.

We use friends and recommendation data only to provide in-app member connections and content recommendations. We do not upload your contacts or send recommendation emails to people outside TraderRoundUp.

We communicate with you regarding transactions, security, and, with your separate opt-in, marketing, promotions, and offers from TraderRoundUp.

We build and maintain CRM profiles, analyze engagement, and optimize our subscription funnel for retention and value delivery.

We may share selected profile details with partners only when you grant the separate partner data-share consent.

We conduct analytics, prevent fraud, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors under contractual confidentiality obligations, including hosting, authentication, email/SMS platforms, analytics, and CRM tools.

We may disclose personal information to selected partners for marketing, CRM, and promotional purposes only as described in this Policy and your granular consent choices.

We may disclose personal information to legal authorities or others as required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We may disclose personal information to successors in connection with any merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration without providing the required notice and opt-out right. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their independent marketing without your separate consent.

We obtain consent through clear affirmative actions during signup or account settings. Consent is granular and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting core subscription access.

SMS/text messaging requires a separate explicit opt-in for promotional or marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or subscription. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

SMS one-time passwords used for login or account verification are transactional messages and are separate from SMS marketing consent.

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP or updating preferences in your account. We retain records of SMS consent as required by law.

Email and other marketing require separate opt-in for promotional communications. Unsubscribe links are included in marketing emails. You may manage preferences, including partner sharing and personalization, in your account settings.

Friends and recommendations are opt-in member actions. Other members do not receive your email address, private notes, watch history, onboarding answers, or indicator access unless you explicitly share content or profile information.

Essential cookies enable login, session security, and core functionality. They cannot be disabled without breaking key features.

Optional preference storage, first-party analytics events, marketing pixels, and similar technologies are disabled until you make a granular opt-in choice.

Logged-in member progress, including your own listening minutes and completion status, is stored as account functionality. Optional analytics events help us understand episode, article, and narration usage in aggregate.

We do not currently use targeted advertising cookies or sell your personal data. You can change or withdraw optional cookie consent at any time through Cookie settings.

California residents may have the right to know what personal information we have collected, request deletion, receive a portable copy, and opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port data, object to processing, and withdraw consent.

You may access, update, or request deletion of most information through your account or by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or comply with legal, tax, or audit requirements.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 13 or the applicable age under local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including authentication providers. Their privacy policies govern their handling of your information. We are not responsible for their practices.

Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
