By using TraderRoundUp (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TraderRoundUp is an educational platform offering archived X Spaces, podcast-style episodes, transcripts, articles, newsletters, and related trading education content. The Service is strictly for informational and educational purposes.

All content is educational only. TraderRoundUp is not a brokerage, investment adviser, registered investment adviser, signal service, or financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading and investing carry a high level of risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and due diligence. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making any trading decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Private notes you save are visible only to you.

By submitting onboarding answers, Mic Gate requests, profile information, feedback, or other content, you grant TraderRoundUp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content for operating, securing, personalizing, and improving the Service.

Some content, including drafts, summaries, and narration, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such content is reviewed by human editors before publication. However, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may still occur.

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.

You may not post or promote misleading trading signals, guaranteed returns, or deceptive claims.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

You may not harass other users or violate acceptable use rules.

All content, branding, and software on TraderRoundUp are owned by Trader Round Up LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We use Supabase, Vercel, X (Twitter), YouTube, TradingView, Twilio, Google, Discord, and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderRoundUp, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, data loss, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
